Dear Parents/Guardians,

As you know, the board's Elementary Cross-Country meet originally booked for tomorrow has been cancelled. However, we have decided to hold our own Cross-Country meet at Holy Cross (HCC) this Wednesday, October 9th at 10:00 am. We will be joined by St. Vincent de Paul, Sacred Heart and St. Charles. We have already provided refunds to our families for the cost of the original meet and we will not be collecting any more fund for this one. Additionally, we will not need another permission form as the last one will apply with a change of date and location. Please notify your child's teacher with any questions. We look forward to seeing many of you there.
