The OLI Catholic School council is hosting a shopping event for the students that will enable our children to foster the spirit of giving independently! Students will have a fun oppurtunity to go shopping with their class in the small gym! All gifts will be available to purchase for $2.00!


Here`s How it Works

1. For each student who will be purchasing a gift we ask that they bring in as many gifts as they will be purchasing. The gifts should be either gently used items from home or a brand new item that is being “regifted”. Dollarstore items are perfect too!

2. If you have odds and ends pieces or rolls of wrapping paper, please send those in as well. Our elves will put the wrapping paper to good use!

3. Students will have the chance to go shopping and will be able to purchase items for $2.00 each. To hlp guide the children each table will labled Mom, Dad, Sister, Brother etc. Plese send your chidren with toonies and loonies!

4. Elf volunteers will wrap the presents for your child to bring home and place under the tree.

5. On Christmas morning your child will get the chance to truly surprise you when you open up the gift that their purchased on their own at the Christmas Extravaganza.


Donations of gently used/new/regifted items need to be brought in by no later than Wednesday December 14th.


Please try to send in at least as many items as your child(ren) will be purchasing so that we have enough to go around. For example, if you have two children who will be purchasing two gifts each you will need to send in four items.
